We visited Grandpa's place for ten days and had a wonderful time. The kids were great on the flights and slept well. The weather couldn't have been better.

Walking

Jake is walking all over the place. He likes to seemingly randomly point and then walk in that direction. When he is picked up he will often point at what he wants. I think he has "mama" down. He says it when he sees Kate, sometimes while pointing at her.

Sam is mostly excited about a more mobile playmate. For a few days he would call me if Jake was walking in a different room so I could come over to watch. He has also put his hands on corners to protect his little brother as he walks by...

There is a downside. Sam has mixed feelings about someone who can get to towers and trucks quickly.
