Kate and Sam

Sam is doing well. We have a brief hospital visit set up for Monday where Sam will be fitted with a 24 hour halter monitor. I will take it off him on Tuesday and return it to UW. Then the cardiologist can review the EKG and let us know how his ticker is doing.

He is a very happy kid. He seems to smile the first five minutes every time he wakes up. If you move his lower lip for a few seconds he starts smiling and making odd grunting-jibberish sounds. The best part is the periodic break where he looks at you and waits for a response.
